The ItherioMC Network is intended to be a fun, safe and friendly environment for all players to enjoy.  As such, we have a list of rules we expect all players to follow with no exceptions. By choosing to play on our server or use the Itherio Forums and Discord, you agree to follow all rules listed within the ItherioMC Rules and Policies.

The staff in our network have extensive training and all punishments and warnings are given at staff discretion.

You are responsible for your Minecraft account security. Do not share your account details with anyone. Keep your passwords secure and do not give them to anyone. 

You may file a Staff Report if you have evidence staff abused their permissions. This is used to report staff misconduct and not to appeal a punishment.

To appeal a punishment (without accusing staff of intentional wrongdoing) you may create a Ban/Mute Appeal. Information on the appeals process and on preparing a successful appeal can be found in our "Appeal your Punishment" thread in our forum.

1. Respect all users. Be mindful of your communication towards others. Please treat others how you would like to be treated. Our goal is to provide a friendly and respectful environment for everyone to appreciate. We do not approve uncivil, inappropriate or disrespectful behavior. You can report players that you find being disrespectful to you or other members of the community. Bullying another user which is defined as excessive disrespect, sexual harassment, or otherwise persistent harassment is not tolerated. This includes any form of extreme sexual remarks or other forms of extreme harassments. Using any racist remark, racist phrase, or racial slur is strictly prohibited. Likewise, discrimination of any kind is not tolerated. Any encouragement of suicide or self-harm is not tolerated. You may not threaten to harm other players. This includes DDoS and Dox threats. Disclosing any personally identifiable information of players including addresses, full names, social media links, etc., is not allowed. You can view the full list of the punishable behaviors. 

2. The use of disallowed mods or cheats of any kind that give you unfair advantages over other players are strictly forbidden. Cracked clients are allowed since we allow cracked Minecraft players to join on our network, but you still must abide by the rules of the network to play on the servers. To view a list of mods that are not allowed you can use this link. Exploiting any bug or accidental in-game feature and using it to your advantage is strictly prohibited. You can report any bugs in our forums "Server Report Bugs" thread. Likewise, any exploitation of plugin/vanilla bugs is considered an unfair advantage and will be punished as such. This includes duplicating items, breaking blocks not meant to be broken, obtaining unobtainable blocks and items, getting into restricted areas, anything that gives you/your team any advantage through a bug/glitch. If you run into a glitch, please report to a staff member through in-game messaging, discord, or our forums ASAP.
