General:
1. Your account was compromised. Unfortunately, we cannot help restore any lost items, progress or coins if your account was compromised. You will want to review the account security article for more information about securing your account going forward.
2. You were banned or muted. You can appeal your ban or mute if you believe that it was issued incorrectly.
3. You're having connection/lag related issues. Generally speaking these issues will not be related to the server itself and will likely be an issue on your end. However, you can read the solving connection and lag issues support article.
